Foremark Performance Chemicals awarded prestigious Pinnacle Award by Union Pacific for fifth consecutive year

On April 24, 2023, Union Pacific Railroad announced the companies who won the 2022 Pinnacle Award for their dedication and commitment to safely transporting chemicals by rail. Foremark Performance Chemicals, for the fifth consecutive year, is proud to once again be recognized by Union Pacific and awarded the distinguished 2022 Chemical Transportation Safety Pinnacle Award. This prestigious award, given annually, honors customers who implement release prevention protocols, corrective action plans and have zero non-accident releases (NARs) of regulated hazardous materials shipments.  

In its announcement, Union Pacific’s Jacque Bendon, Vice President – Industrial, Marketing and Sales, stated “Union Pacific is proud to honor these companies that share our commitment to the safe transportation of chemicals, which are used for things like cleaning drinking water and making household products.  This annual award is our way of recognizing our customers who share our commitment to protecting the environment and the communities along our rail network.”
