The Responsible Care® Facility Award is presented annually to ACC member companies that demonstrate excellence in implementing Responsible Care® management systems and achieving exceptional safety and environmental results at their facilities.  To be eligible for the award, companies must participate in the Responsible Care® program, a global initiative of the chemical industry to promote continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance. The program requires companies to implement rigorous management systems, undergo independent audits, and report on their progress annually.
