Foremark Performance Chemicals Achieves Responsible Care^® Certification by American Chemistry Council

Foremark Performance Chemicals is pleased to announce it has been certified to the American Chemistry Council’s (ACC) Responsible Care Management System^® (RCMS) as a result of the company’s robust health, safety, security and environmental policies and protocols. Certification was granted by an independent, third-party auditor, based on Foremark’s conformance to the RCMS’s comprehensive environmental, health, safety, security and sustainability requirements.

The Responsible Care Guiding Principles are the foundation of Responsible Care. Through these principles, ACC member and Responsible Care Partner companies pledge to improve environmental, health, safety and security (EHS&S) performance for facilities, processes and products throughout their operating system. In order to receive certification, an ACC member or Partner company must demonstrate conformance to the Responsible Care Management System’s comprehensive set of EHS&S requirements, which are validated through an independent, third-party audit process.
